On Sunday, February 3, 2019, James John Decker, father of two children, passed away at the age of 58. James was born to Genevieve J. Boyle and Edward B. Decker on September 25, 1960 in Port Washington, WI.
James enjoyed being surrounded by his many friends and family. He was a true outdoorsman who loved spending his free time hunting, fishing and playing the drums. Jim spent much of his life working as a cement mason, building mausoleums around the United States. He was the true definition of a “Handy Man” and knew how to do it all. He was always a sports fan and loved the Green Bay Packers. In 1998, he married Terrie Decker of Milwaukee, and they enjoyed a life of exploring the outdoors and raised two children.
James is survived by his two children; Angie Huntington (Brenda), Alex Decker (Cheyenne); his parents Ed (Lori) and Jenny; his siblings Dennis (Pam), Rick (Nancy), Sue (Tim); and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. James joins and is welcomed home by his wife Terrie, sister Nancy and nephew Ryan.
Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the Witkowiak Funeral home on Saturday February 16th from 12pm-2pm with a service to follow.
