Progressive and independently-owned, seeking a professionally motivated Funeral Director candidate for a career position. As a part of our team, you will be involved in all aspects funeral service, with an emphasis on direct interaction with client families, planning and arrangement of pre-need and at-need services, and respectful preparation of their loved ones. We are looking for a long-term fit with a person who possessed a demonstrated ability of working as a self-motivated staff member and team player. Attitude and commitment are more important to us than the number of years worked in the industry. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide outstanding, personal service to everyone we engage, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating the planning and execution of arrangements with families
  • Transportation & Preparation of Human Remains
  • Exceptional understanding of embalming and superb skill to embalm
  • Effectively manage time
  • Completing assigned responsibilities with attention to detail
  • Public Speaking
  • Answer/Return calls promptly & professionally
  • Computer & Administrative Functions
  • Ability to manage a caseload while creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to work and adapt to a very culturally diverse community
  • Communicate effectively with other professionals
  • Become a Servant Leader within the Company & Community

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Mortuary School Graduate
  • Current Wisconsin State License, or ability to obtain Wisconsin State License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving 50+ lbs., heavier loads with mechanical assistance
  • Knowledge of the Spanish Language, willingness to learn; proficiency preferred
