Montenegro, Miguel

Entered into Eternal Life on Monday, January 18, 2016, at the age of 62.  Loving son of the late Abundia and Jose Montenegro. Preceded in death by his brother Gregorio Montenegro and his stepdaughter Anna Pereda.  Cherished father  of Monica Montenegro, he is also survived by his stepchildren; Alma Davis, and Aida Espino whom he loved dearly.  His beloved grandchildren; Zeferino Rodriguez and Alianna Robles.  HIs brothers; Enrique, Ernesto, and Jose Montenegro and his sister Teresa Torres-Montenegro who loved and appreciated him greatly.  Miguel is further survived by his nieces nephews, cousins, other family members and many dear friends.

Miguel who demonstrated an admirable strength and courage in his fight with his illness was known for his devotion to his family.  He was always watchful making sure that the needs of not only his children but also his nieces and nephews were taken care of, always willing to lend a hand when needed.  He will be dearly missed.

We invite you to join us to honor him and celebrate his life.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 12 NOON at St. Hyacinth Catholic Parish (1414 W. Becher St), with VISITATION IN CHURCH beginning at 10 am. Procession to Good Hope Cemetery (4101 S. 43rd St, Greenfield) following Mass.
